Mont Belvieu Area
Brimming with industries galore, the town of
Mont Belvieu and its surrounding areas are a developer's dream. Situated at the junction
of State Highway 146 and Interstate 10, it is approximately 30 miles east of Houston,
Texas. Mont Belvieu and the communities surrounding it are small, but each have big
hearts, wonderful people, and they all offer that sense of security that many city folks
wish for.
With Mont Belvieu existing tax base, modern local and county facilities, its accessibility to Houston's many educational facilities, hospitals, and cultural and entertainment complexes, it is the ideal place for families on the move. It is a bedroom community that has tremendous potential and it is starting to be seen by many. The City of Mont Belvieu has recently completed the construction of Eagle Pointe, a luxurious golf course and a recreational center that includes a swimming pool.
