Building Maintenance

American Legion Hall Oak Island Community Building Double Bayou Community Building Hankamer Community Building	All of the buildings rent for $25.00/day for county residents and $50.00/day for non-county residents.
White's Park Exhibit Hall	Building fee for White's Park is $100.00 a day for county residents and $200.00 a day for non-county residents.
White's Park Arena	A fee of $35.00 is charged for private use of the rodeo arena in White's Park. This fee may be waived for non-profit and youth organizations.
Note: All deposits for the above mentioned facilities are the same. For events *without alcohol* the required deposit is $200.00 . For events where alcohol is allowed and will be served, the required deposit is $500.00 and it is required that a security guard be hired through the Chambers County Sheriff's Department.
Various RV and Camping Sites	For camping in all county parks, there is a $10.00 per day charge for RV's using electricity and water. For tents and RV's not using electricity and water there will be a $5.00 per day charge.
Pavilions	Park Pavilions are sometimes reserved for private events. These are available at no charge to the public. The Maintenance Department has a form to fill- out to reserve a pavilion.
