1. Where do I file my Eviction suit?: An eviction suit must be filed in the Justice Court in the precinct and county in which the property is located.

2. How can I find out which precinct a property is located in?: You can search the County Map by clicking "JP Precincts" and entering the address in the search bar, which is on the top right of the map page.
