Renters must be at least 21 years of age to reserve the building and must provide a valid ID upon request. Renters are required to pay the deposit fee at the time of the reservation. Reservation is NOT binding until receipt of the deposit fee and a signed contract. Deposit fee is refunded once building key is returned and building has been inspected of cleanliness and no damages. All deposit fees paid to Chambers County for the use of any County Facility WILL be deposited with the County Treasurer. A rental fee required for EACH Day of use of each County Facility. (USER MAY NOT ENTER THE BUILDING PRIOR TO EVENT DATE, NO EXCEPTIONS.) All rental fees and cleaning fees (if applicable) must be paid within 30 days of the rental date. If alcohol is at event, Security is required at the rate of $60/hour/per officer, minimum 4 hours, 1 officer for every 75 people,2 officers-75-200, 3 officers 200-300, 4 officers 300-400, 5 officers 400-500.
