Samantha Humphrey is a certified Professional Community and Economic Developer and the Director of the Department of Economic Development and Grant Management. Samantha is a 2009 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (BS PR) and is currently working toward her Master of Public Administration at Lamar University. Samantha has worked for Chambers County since 2013.

In her free time, Samantha is a member of the Anahuac Independent School District Board of Trustees and volunteers with a variety of community organizations and events. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children.
