CCES Patch 250x250Chambers County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) was established in 2020 by Commissioners Court to combine the local 501(c)(3) organizations into a County operated department. This allowed for additional staff, advanced equipment, and better benefits with full-time employees.

The Court has been supportive and allowed for some of the best equipment and clinical guidelines. Chambers County EMS has a Lucas, Zoll Vent, Zoll X Series monitors, and IV infusion pumps on every apparatus. We pride ourselves in providing the best possible services to our citizens and live by our

It is the mission of Chambers County Emergency Medical Services to provide the most comprehensive pre-hospital patient care to the community we serve as well as establishing a familial connection to the people of the community. In addition, we will be a service that provides an atmosphere that draws and retains the most qualified personnel seeking employment in the EMS field.

Record Requests
Submit all record requests via Chart Swap (www.chartswap.com), listing the EMS agency as the Provider. If you are unable to locate the ambulance provider in Chart Swap, we recommend contacting CCEMS at (409) 267-2445.
