You must register with the Attorney General's Office after being awarded child support. Use full-service registration to receive all services of the Attorney General.

Attorneys should complete this form to expedite the process of child support payments to custodial parents when submitting court ordered payments. Upon receipt, the District Clerk's Office will create an account for the child support payments in the Texas Child Support Enforcement System.
